• The practical result on behalf of the client.

•  The likelihood of the client's recovery of those fees from third parties, such as customers of the client.

In view of the expertise of the firm, the firm does not consider that premiums should be added to accounts on the basis of the complexity of the issues involved in the matter. All fees are rendered on the firm's usual hourly basis, subject to the factors listed above.
